We ship worldwide. Orders are shipped from the United States.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is $14.99 per part, unless a part's page shows its own shipping price or free shipping. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Processing
Orders paid online are prepared for shipment once the payment is confirmed. Orders paid by bank transfer are shipped after the payment has arrived. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order at any time on our Track Order page.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier, and are estimates rather than guarantees. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us with your order number.
Import Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
Shipping Address
Each order ships to a single address. Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can update the address only before the order has shipped.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the part and contact us within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy.
