Products and Fitment
We describe every part as accurately as we can, including OEM part numbers and the vehicles it is listed for. Product photos may show a representative item. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part is compatible with your vehicle before ordering, for example by matching the part number on your original part. We are not responsible for parts ordered for the wrong vehicle, but such parts can be returned under our return policy below.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown on the website and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the time you place your order. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Orders paid by bank transfer are shipped once the payment has arrived. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a part is no longer available, in which case we will refund any payment made. You can cancel an order free of charge until it has shipped by contacting us with your order number.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is $14.99 per part, unless a part's page shows its own shipping price or free shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. See Shipping Information.
Returns and Refunds
You may return a part within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, has not been installed, and is in its original packaging. Return shipping is free. Please contact us with your order number before sending a return. Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method. No Warranty
Parts are sold as-is and without any warranty, express or implied, except where such a warranty cannot be excluded by law. If a part arrives damaged or does not work on arrival, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including labor or installation costs, or losses caused by incorrect installation or use of a part.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
